Amanda (Head Writer)

A veteran of the theater, Amanda worked behind the camera for many years as a make-up artist and hair stylist for the motion picture and television industry. A veteran of full length feature films, she was considered one of the fastest and the best in her field. After years of establishing contacts in the film industry she started to receive opportunities to establish herself as a writer (her first love).

For the last six years Amanda has been working nonstop writing scripts for commercials, industrials, infomercials and feature films. A graduate of the prestigious Act One Writing for Hollywood program, her last feature film is currently in post to be released soon with two other films currently in development.

Amanda joined the team at Austin Brooks Productions in 2003 and has her hand on everything from commercial concepts to copy for technical manuals and internet websites.

Always quick with a good turn of the phrase, lines that make sense and slogans that sell, Amanda is thoroughly enjoying her writing career.
